Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking to hire smart and passionate folks for our inside sales team. As a BDR, you will be seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with our prospective customers. You will act as a first point of contact for our company. Your primary focus is to prospect and set up meetings for Sales Team in the SMB segment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Work with a Go-getter mindset to generate outbound prospects(with calls, emails & LinkedIn) and qualify them through continuous follow-ups and lead them to closure based on their requirement(end to end sales process).
  • The role will need you to cover both India and the US region with about 70% time and effort going into India and 30% into the US region.
  • Own individual targets and work towards onboarding new customers .
  • Maintain active engagement with leads through informed, strategic, and creative follow-ups
  • Build a solid understanding of the industry and sales process to spark meaningful conversations with prospects
  • Update and maintain CRM database 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of work experience in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales role with Cold calling experience is a mandatory.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, Software Product company is preferable.
  • Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs/requirements.
  • Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new products & bring up new ideas.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders(teams) as well as end customers.
  • Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions.
