• The candidate should be staying between Borivali & Dadar
• Responsibilities:
– Perform general office duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, photocopying, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
– Maintain and update office records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
– Assist in organizing and maintaining office common areas, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
– Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner.
– Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, to create, edit, and format documents and presentations.
– Manage office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
– Assist in Routine work.
• Qualifications and Skills:
– UG or Diploma
– Experience in office Administration or related field desirable
– Use of internet and Printing, scanning systems.
Bramha Research Foundation will offer salary in the range 1.5 LPA - 2 LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
