Job Description

Job Role:  Shift Incharge

Primary Skill: Customer Support

Experience: 3 Years+

 

What you’ll be doing:

Introduce new methods and strategies to improve the customer service experience.

Accurately record all the documents and service issues and take strict follow up to the resolution.

Train the junior team members to achieve excellence in customer support.

Make sure the department’s targets are achieved.

Manage the product or service procedure and workflow according to priorities.

General Customer problem solving, assistance, and follow up

Handle flight reservations (New and existing bookings- date change, refunds, name corrections)

Provide prompt and concise Customer services, travel booking, and support

Handle reservations, assist, book, amend and/or cancel Air, Hotel, Car, and Activity

Experience with travel loyalty programs would be advantageous.

 

Mandatory Skills:

Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills with a self-learning attitude

Team player, self-motivated and creative thinking 

Previous Travel Product and Membership Customer Support is mandatory

Strong understanding of the travel industry from the consumer perspective.

Strong empathy and listening skills.

Ability to be adaptable to changing situations.

 

What we are looking for: 

Must be fluent in clear easy to understand spoken English

Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills

Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills with a self-learning attitude

Team player, self-motivated and creative thinking 

Previous Travel Product and Membership Customer Support preferred
