Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Promotion:
Promote and sell tour packages to individuals, families, and corporate clients.
Utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and online marketing, to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Provide detailed information about travel destinations, itineraries, and pricing to potential customers.
Customize travel packages according to the preferences and budget of clients.
Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Offer personalized assistance and travel advice to enhance the customer experience.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make necessary adjustments.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of travel bookings and arrangements.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.
Knowledge of travel destinations, cultures, and tourism trends.
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Fluency in multiple languages (optional but advantageous).
