We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Executive to provide exceptional support to our employees by managing HR-related inquiries and requests through the ServiceNow ticketing system. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for HR operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution of issues.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking HR assistance over the phone or via email.
  • Log and manage requests in the ServiceNow ticketing system, ensuring accurate categorization and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with HR specialists to resolve complex issues and follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Familiarity with HR operations and ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
