An exciting B2C ed-tech startup is hiring for a senior sales leader to drive sales strategy and execution as the company scales.
1. Lead the strategic direction and execution for the sales team, for a large and fast-growing business vertical.
2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company’s business objectives and drives sales results.
3. Identify potential client needs and provide solutions that will increase sales or improve customer satisfaction.
4. Partner with cross-functional leaders including Marketing and Product teams to formulate and develop go-to-market and sales strategies.
5. Provide leadership and guidance to sales teams to help them reach their goals. Create training programs to improve sales employee performance and customer service skills.
1. 6+ years of experience driving sales and sales strategy
2. Prior experience in Ed Tech combined with a new age tech start up (B2C/B2B SaaS) is ideal
3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills
4. Strong leadership and team building skills
academor will offer salary in the range 25 LPA - 40 LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
