The job involves being part of the Business Development team for the school & higher education sector in India, which would involve the following:


Job Summary


SM Job Responsibilities: (Cluster head for Distributors)


  • Identify the very much person as a distributor for each area.
  • Complete guidance/ POA /Execution process of area coverage etc…
  • All BDE’s will report on daily basis.
  • Weekly/fortnight reviews with BDE’s and SAE (service Audit Executive) and team about the things happened and again provide plan for next week based on the previous work schedule.
  • Manager will be tough person for marketing people in terms of executing POA provided by him.
  • Fixing of targets and incentive package for marketing personnel.
  • Find new business development pockets and plan of acquiring the same with company approvals.
  • All business promotional activities/ association liaisoning/syndicate talks/ bulk deals should be identified and make execute with distributor with his expenses.
  • Based on the business dynamics he should do product packaging and combo offers for distributor attraction and client as well. Ensure the same should be promoted in market.
  • Involved only in special demos or pricing for clients meeting.
  • Cross selling of all products should be taken care and educate the same on regular intervals.
  • He should submit his reviews to company on particular distributor in terms of multiple ways to acquire business with special packages kind of…
  • Ensure to collect payment from distributor on time.
  • Keen observation on competitor moves.
  • Always do motivate and activate the marketing team and distributor on how much they are going to earn to achieve their targets.
  • Responsible even to fire/change the non performance team with/without consent of distributor.
  • Identify good candidates and promote to next level.
