WHAT WILL YOU DO?
● Contact prospective clients through cold calls and emails to explore business
● Understand clients’ needs and requirements
● Resolve potential clients’ questions and share additional information
● Follow up diligently on interested leads
● Upsell products and services once converted
● Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
● Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory
● Update customer information in the database (CRM)
● Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
● Minimum 1 year of experience
● Strong interpersonal/communication skills (Telephonic conversations)
● Lead generation ability
● Experience in SaaS sales is an added advantage
● Comfortable working in a hands-on, rapidly evolving start-up environment
● Should be target-driven and achievement-oriented.
● Expert in Rapport building, self-motivated and fast learner
