Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our travel services department, you will be responsible for efficiently handling international flight reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our travel services.
Responsibilities:
Flight Reservation Management: Handle end-to-end international flight bookings, including itinerary planning, seat selection, and fare optimization. Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requirements to tailor personalized travel itineraries.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay Informed: Stay updated on airline schedules, travel regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Communication: Liaise with airlines, travel partners, and customers to coordinate seamless travel arrangements and address any disruptions or changes.
Booking Systems: Utilize booking systems and technology platforms to efficiently manage reservations and ensure accuracy in travel documentation.
Sales Support: Utilize effective sales techniques to promote and sell international flight itineraries, exceeding established sales goals and ensuring revenue targets are met.
Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve any issues related to flight bookings, cancellations, or changes, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate travel documents, including itineraries, e-tickets, and other necessary paperwork.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with international travel regulations, visa requirements, and health and safety protocols.
Reporting: Generate reports on booking trends, customer preferences, and revenue performance to support strategic decision-making.
Meeting and overachieving their targets while maintaining quality and accuracy
Qualifications:
Can think “out of the box”.
Must have knowledge to make itineraries
Good working knowledge of computers
Good Customer handling exposure
Strong Convincing skills
Handling travel products
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications and booking platforms.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including early morning shifts, to accommodate customer needs.
Education:
Degree/Diploma/Certification in Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field is preferred.

Travelo1 will offer salary in the range 2 LPA - 3.5 LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
