Job Profile for Admission and Career Counselor at Testbook
Salary Range for Admission and Career Counselor at Testbook:
20 to 22K monthly + Sales Incentive
Work Location: Patna, Bihar
Work Type: Work on Ground
Working Days: 6 days a week
Work Experience: Minimum 2 Year
Job Description for Admission and Career Counselor at Testbook:
1. Career counseling to students for different careers in government jobs
2. Guide students on how online learning is better than offline learning
3. Explain Online Learning products and its USPs to students
4. Give product demo to students
5. Sell online courses and achieve daily sales target
6. Lead generation and regular follow-ups to prospect leads for sales
7. Product-related student’s queries resolutions
8. Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system 9. Cash Management at the center
10. Well-versed with Microsoft excel and Google sheet
Required Skills for Admission and Career Counselor at Testbook:
1. Powerful communication and interpersonal skills
2. Very strong selling skills
3. Fluent in the Hindi language
4. Good team player
5. Outspoken with good people skills
6. Experience in the Edtech sector is preferred
7. Government Job aspirants are preferred

Testbook will offer salary in the range 2 LPA - 5 LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
