Job Description
The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling inquiries, and providing information about our products and services. The role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with a diverse range of people.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce and explain the company’s products or services to prospects.
Conduct follow-up calls to assess interest and schedule appointments or sales meetings.
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy. Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve any issues or concerns. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Sales Support: Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting company products or services effectively. Upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs and interests. Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve marketing strategies.
Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports on call activities and outcomes. Report any significant customer feedback or trends to the relevant departments.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during all customer interactions. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of customer information.
