Job Description
Role & responsibilities
ORM Specialist will be responsible for managing and improving the online reputation of the company.
Develop and implement effective ORM strategies to manage and improve online reputation.
Monitor and analyze online mentions, reviews, and feedback across various channels.
Address negative content and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Engage with customers, respond to feedback, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Start Threads on different forums.
Manage Discord Channel for multiple brands.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align ORM efforts with business goals.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ORM.
Ability to work with Deliverables & Deadlines
Ability to make independent decisions and to motivate the Team to their fullest potential
Preferred candidate profile
5+ years of proven experience in ORM, managing online reputation for different companies.
Strong understanding of Reverse SEO, ORM strategies and techniques, including sentiment analysis and social media monitoring.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
Must be an extremely Responsible person with a huge sense of Responsibility
Must be an Extremely Organized person by nature
Ability to work Flexible Hours
Must be very Ambitions and have a burning desire to succeed
Must have a very level of Standards and Quality Control
Must have a huge sense of urgency in achieving deadlines
