Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales/Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our range of natural stone products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute field sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and approach potential customers, including architects, contractors, builders, and developers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer preferences, trends, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts and achieve business objectives.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Must have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler for fieldwork and have a valid driving license.
