Responsibilities:
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products.
• Answer questions about the product or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and pass on the same to Relationship Managers to close sales.
• maintain Customer details in CRM.
• Attain product demo with the seniors
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
• After demo follow up with the customer till the closer
Expectations:
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience in client interaction is a must.
State of Mind will offer salary in the range 20000 LPA - 25000 LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
