Job Description

Green Brigade  is a company in the Gardening and Horticulture  sector that provides services which include Landscaping Services, Garden Maintenance, Vertical Gardens and Urban Gardening. Our ‘Products’ are cut flowers, tropical plants and plant gifts. Green Brigade has been successful in Kochi over the past 4 years and we are looking to expand in Hyderabad . We are hiring for the position of Business Development Executive who will bring us new clients on a target based plan. The executive should be a field player with good talking skills and a pleasant personality who will be in charge of generating leads and closing sales.

Job Description:

  • Own and hit/exceed monthly sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer queries.
  • Must be able to handle a Sales team, set targets, and drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Manpower planning, recruiting the right talent, and then training and grooming

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of of experience in Sales
  • Preferred academic background:  MBA or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills (G-Suite/Canva)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience with CRM suites
  • Experience with sales engagement tools
  • Focused on Numbers & Aggressively target-oriented.
