Lead Generation Executive
Job Description
Responsibility includes :
– Search for point of contacts for businesses for e.g. HR/Admins in corporates/startups/hospitals/coworking spaces and qualify their need for daily supply of food for employees
– Ability to use Google/LinkedIn or other lead research tools to generate leads
– Explain our offering and share proposal over email/WhatsApp
– Fix meetings/appointments for a Sales team
– Update and share daily reports regarding calls made/outreach done, proposals shared and meetings set
– 5 days work primarily but if the client asks to call during weekends that must be done
– Ability to engage prospects on the first call and keep them engaged.
Skill Sets Required :
– Clear and concise verbal communication skills
– Working knowledge of Google XLS and MS Office
– Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
– Knowledge of sales and marketing including basic selling principles and solution selling methods; should be able to discover prospect’s pain points by using probing techniques and effectively address each one of them.
– Ability to quickly research a prospect company and tailor your initial call to their specific needs and close the sale/appointment.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. There will be a daily and weekly sales quota
– A disciplined approach to managing your sales efforts on a daily basis.
– Passion for Inside sales; successful candidates are self-driven, energetic, confident and motivated with the ability to think on their feet.
– Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
– Any sales certification training attended would be an added advantage.
