Job Description

thinKitchen is looking for a candidate to manage the Offline Retail business for the the imported product range. The candidate will be responsible for designing the right business model and financials for the Offline Retail business. S/He will also be responsible for identifying the tech platform / operational infra for Offline Retail business.

Broad responsibilities for the role will include planning & market research, sales & customer support along with people management.

Designation: Senior Executive

Reporting to: National Sales Head

Location: Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai.

Work Experience: 3 to 5 years (preferably in lifestyle products)

CTC range: 4 to 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities Areas:

Planning & Market Research:

1.     Assist in developing Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to set the target sales revenues for the Offline Retail business

2.     Research market trends, competitors to understand dynamic of the cookware industry

3.     Conduct surveys to identify the target customers and their buying behaviour

4.     Assist in identifying and tie up with potential General/Modern Traders to upscale the Offline Retail business

Sales:

1.     Ensure the execution of the AOP and meeting of targets through well-defined customer reach out strategies

2.     Visit potential markets and customers across all locations for increasing the tie ups, collaborations leading to increase in sale

3.     Devise strategy for communicating with existing as well as prospective customers

Customer Support:

1.     Build relationships with existing and new customers to establish long-term business growth

2.    Ensure customer satisfaction by capturing consumer insights and developing an action plan

Reports:

1.     Provide Monthly MIS reports, Weekly updates and other reports as needed

2.     Track the performance of the function on a weekly basis and prepare weekly reports

Functional Skills:

1.     Reliable business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills

2.     Ability to deal with and get the best out of partners and other resources (internal or external)

3.     Ability to use MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

4.     Has used CRM software

5.     Excellent negotiation skills

Personal Skills:

1.     Presentable personality and fluent communication in English and Hindi

2.     Motivated, enthusiastic and quick learner
