Market Segment: Business to Business, United Kingdom
Functions: Telephone Marketing, Generating Appointments, and Lead Generation
Office Hours: Monday to Friday – 1:30pm to 10:30pm. (Transport Facilities Available)

 

About the role:

Pertaining to this role, you will be a great fit if you have previously been directly engaged in setting up appointments, generating leads & tele-marketing in an international business to business marketplace.
You will be directly responsible for proactively paving the road to success, for a British tech company house in our Kolkata office.
This role will also be heavily focused on someone who values & holds a proactive mindset in making company processes succeed, is a brilliant people’s person & is looking for a top-level change in career with plenty of scope to learn, grow & rise to bigger incomes of course.
Responsibilities:

• As a Business Development Executive, you’d be trained to represent a reputed unified telecommunications company with the go-to market being the United Kingdom.

• You will be required to phone and qualify prospects for a face-to-face appointment with a UK-based consultant, by engaging them to explain the next generation solutions and services we offer.

• You’d be a great fit if you have excellent English communication and the zeal to always strive for more.

• You should be driven by high-octane performance-based environment, be self-determined to achieve goals & find joy in being called an employee of the month

 

Candidate requirements:

• Prior experience of at least 1 year in tele-sales and appointment qualification, in International B2B market in any industry.

• Passionate about business development, ethically done right, morally truthful, maintaining high standards of professionalism.

• Preferred educational qualification is a bachelor’s, however, is not a must.

• An active listener with empathy and compassion who will always keep customers’ success front of mind.

• Ability to engage with medium to large-sized business owners/decision-makers.

• Be a voice of authority whilst engaging to ensure you present yourself as an individual and the product/solution on offer in the best manner possible.

CTC guidance for our Business Development Executive position remains at INR 42,000 per month, excluding incentives.

However, this guidance will change based on the evidence at hand on current fixed income levels etc.
