Job Title: Business Development Associate (Remote)

Position Overview:
We’re excited to welcome fresh talent to our team as Business Development Associates. This role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to kick-start their career in business development. As a BDA, you’ll receive comprehensive training and mentorship .
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities through remote outreach, networking, and lead generation efforts.
– Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through virtual communication channels.
– Drive the sales cycle from initial contact to closure, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Conduct market research remotely to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
– Participate in a structured remote training program, including virtual classroom training (1 week) and remote on-the-job training (2 weeks).
– Successfully complete the On-the-Job Training (OJT) period by achieving the required sales targets (5 sales) within the designated timeframe.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using remote CRM systems.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree .
– Freshers are encouraged to apply.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport .
– Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
– Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools, CRM software, and other sales tools is preferred.
Additional Information:
– Competitive salary package: INR 15,000 during the initial 3-month probation period, INR 25,000 – INR 30,000 thereafter.
