Job Description

Role Summary
Provide support in the launch of new programs and managing existing programs

Key Responsibilities
Engage with the clients to understand and consolidate the program requirements (new and existing
• Understand the program requirements
• Provide support in creating solution proposals with the clients(deliverables, timelines, commercials etc.)
• Provide support in managing the project plan and the activity tracker
• Maintain relevant documentation of the program activities
• Adhere to the defined program management processes
• Address client needs and concerns as per defined TATs

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn
• Ability to communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders
• Logical thinking
