Management Trainee(Business Development Executive)
Job Description
Role summary:
Working as a bridge between the brands & the Sales team. Working on the requests he/she gets from the Sales teams & speaking with the brands/Negotiating to ensure we get the desired offer from the brands. Helping Sales to achieve the set targets GTV for the year & the required NOR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Get new brands on QC platform as per the demand in the market (Processing/Procured)
- Negotiating better margins from the existing & new brands with Guidance
- Evaluate different opportunities to help existing brands increasing the Volumes
- Marketing initiatives for existing brands
- Working on Tactical/Bulk orders for getting special Margins
- Collaborate with sales, channels to plan campaigns and get brands onboard
- Working with Internal teams like Brand Ops, Product Team (PAT), Finance & Sales to Ensure the brand go lives as per the timelines or committed dates to the Sales team.
- Collaboratively working with the CES SPOCs to ensure that the brand relationship is not hampered & maintain a healthy relationship with the brand.
Functional competence:
- Working with existing procured brands to get them on processing model to avoid operational hassles & maintaining stocks (MSL).
- Excellent Communication skills along with Rapport building with various brands
- Confident, Quick Learner & eager to grow
- Good Negotiation Skills
- Taking Ownership & additional responsibilities
- Problem Solving skills & working smartly to complete the tasks
- Adhering to the specified timelines & be proactive to resolve issues.
