Job Title: Real Estate Relationship Manager
Job Summary: The Real Estate Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry. They serve as a primary point of contact for clients and work to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and facilitate successful real estate transactions. The Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, maximizing revenue, and fostering long-term business partnerships.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and industry professionals.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their real estate goals and providing personalized guidance.
Proactively identify opportunities to meet client needs and offer appropriate real estate solutions.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential areas for growth.
Oversee the end-to-end real estate transaction process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction.
Provide guidance and support to clients during negotiations, contract signing, and closing procedures.
Market Analysis and Advice:
Stay informed about local and regional real estate market conditions, trends, and regulatory changes.
Analyze market data to provide clients with insights and recommendations for buying, selling, or investing in real estate.
Assist clients in assessing property values, conducting comparative market analysis, and determining optimal pricing strategies.
Collaboration and Networking:
Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional network and build relationships.
Participate in community outreach programs and maintain a positive brand image in the real estate market.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate, property management, or a similar client-facing role.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and industry professionals.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in using real estate databases, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other relevant tools.
Propex will offer salary in the range 2 LPA - 6 LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
