Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Set clear sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
Sales Process Optimization:
Review and enhance the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement sales automation tools and CRM systems to streamline processes and enable data-driven decision-making.
Monitor and analyse sales data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Sales Performance Analysis:
Analyse sales data and metrics to track progress against targets.
Develop and present regular sales performance reports to the senior management team.

Market Expansion:

Propex will offer salary in the range 4 LPA - 5 LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
