Job Description

We are looking for a Farmer.  Somebody who knows how to build on existing relationships and mine them for the benefit of Podrones.  A career in B2B sales with proven successes in growing companies with minimal resources is necessary.  The ability to find and connect to decision makers in client organizations, and help move the sales process along quickly is also going to be essential.  An existing Rolodex will be very useful.

Our clients include ICICI Bank, Kotak Bank, Blue Dart, Flipkart, India Post and many more.  We have many warm leads in other such large (and very large) organizations.  As a farmer, you will bring more business from such organizations and also develop others.  We are eager to grow fast, and we are looking for someone who can deliver from day one.

Our key product is a range of PodBanks (electronic lockers) that are used for Parcel Delivery, Personal Storage, exchange of goods between individuals, and so on.  The potential uses cases are many, and a creative professional may be able to find use cases that we have not thought of.  More products including some with patent-protected technology are coming soon and we plan to be a unicorn in our space.

Podrones is a small bootstrapped firm but has some fabulous technologies – both deployed and under construction.  We are always short of cash on our journey, but share generously with employees.  You will earn more than cash, including founder level shares and the ability to make strategic decisions.  The potential to lead our company as CEO in the future.
