Job Description

As part of our Business Development team you would be required to represent the Pine Labs/Qwikcilver brand and WIN new business, within our target market i.e. top 1000 brands across sectors such as Construction,Retail, BFSI, Consumer Durable, Automobile & more.

 

– Job profile will include prospecting, cold calling, regular interactions, making presentations/pitches to India’s top brand managers, marketers, marketing heads with intent to WIN business.

– Profile would also involve generating additional business from existing accounts by recommending suitable products/promotions/incentives based on the relevance and requirements.

– Managing day-to-day relationships with clients and developing a deep understanding of their requirements and long-term business strategies.

– Work closely with the teams within the organisation to run the complete sales cycle & build a strong knowledge sharing practice

– Our business model revolves around channel loyalty, sales promotions, & consumer promotions. Therefore you will be required to have a good understanding of Brands, Marketing Strategies, BTL promotions, Loyalty Programs.
 

Location to be Delhi-NCR, largely Gurgaon. 
 

Desired Skills :
 

– We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and presentation skills and ideally having a strong Concept / Solution Sales background.

– Candidates having good contacts with Brand and Marketing Managers and Decision Makers in sectors like Cement, Steel, Paints, Sanitary, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail, E-commerce, and others will be preferred.

– Candidates should have prior experience in B2B Sales preferably Brands in the above space and also working with multiple teams
 

– Experience: Minimum 4-6 Years

– Location: Gurgaon/Noida

– Education: UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialisation, PG – Any PG Course – Any Specialisation, Post Graduation. MBA Preferred

– Industry Type: Agency/ Loyalty Management/BTL promotions
