Job Description

We are looking for Sales Relationship Managers (RMs) to build and preserve trusting relationships with our Channel Partners and act as ambassadors of the company for better brand visibility and increased sales velocity. We will rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image.

To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers, whether B2B or B2C. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

Ultimately, you’ll maintain strong relationships with our company’s clients to boost our brand and long-term profits.

Responsibilities

 

 

  • Build and manage relationships with channel partners and broker networks to educate them about our project offerings and keep them actively engaged for site visits.
  • Continuously visit Channel Partners’ offices, and develop new Channel Partner bases to keep them activated for our site and project offerings. Educate them about their brokerage slabs, profitability and financial benefits as a result of meeting Sales targets.
  • Becoming the coordinating link between our Direct Sales team and Channel Partners for our brokers’ enhanced success and ensuring they have all the information and resources to succeed and increase sales.
  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to strategically address them and Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively and forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the Sales team.
  • Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes. Aim to preserve customers, renew contracts and approach potential customers to establish relationships.

 

 

 

 

Requirements and Skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Automobile, Finance, Marketing or related fields.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles like Customer Service, Sales or Relationship Management.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences when required.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze data and market trends to identify business opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
