Business Development Manager
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation for our consulting firm. You will focus on promoting our expertise in providing solutions for PWM Rules to prospective clients and fostering strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis and Research:
– Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
– Analyse PWM Rules and policies to understand client needs and pain points.
2. Strategic Planning:
– Develop strategic business development plans aligned with the firm’s goals and objectives.
– Identify key target markets and industries where our solutions can add significant value.
– Collaborate with senior management to define sales targets and objectives.
3. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
– Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
– Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
– Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our expertise and capabilities.
– Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the firm.
4. Client Relationship Management:
– Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and requirements.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
– Work closely with the compliance team to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services to clients.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance and Channelization to drive business growth initiatives.
– Provide input and feedback on marketing materials, proposals, and sales collateral.
– Share market insights and feedback with internal stakeholders to enhance service offerings and value proposition.
6. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
– Track sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, client acquisition costs, and conversion rates.
– Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on business development activities, achievements, and challenges.
– Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications:
– Any Bachelor’s degree or a Sales & Marketing related field (MBA preferred).
– Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within the service sector or corporate exposure.
– Strong understanding of government Rules & Regulations, policies, and compliance requirements.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
– Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Nirmal Vasundhara Pvt Ltd will offer salary in the range 6 LPA - 7 LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
