This segment comprises households with an annual income between INR 1.4 Lacs to 4.5 Lacs and forms 45% of the society but has access to only 8% of the formal credit.
Real-time analytics and credit reports based on alternative data enable us to reach unserved and underserved market segments. MyShubhLife aims to make fair and transparent credit available to people to provide meaningful financial inclusion.
MyShubhLife has further strengthened its financial inclusion goal through its financial wellness program, for corporates and individuals. We have now expanded our portfolio to include mini and micro loans, insurance, mutual fund SIPS, Tax filing service and a feature rich savings Accounts. Now customers can approach us for all their financial needs to secure their financial future.
Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team! As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales programs that maximize sales from the assigned accounts to the target accounts, Develop and implement sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies and product knowledge.
Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals
Planning and overseeing new business development initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new partnership opportunities.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Maintain an expert level of understanding of the platform and products so as to provide knowledgeable support to
top; clients and potential partners
Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Area Sales Manager requirements and qualifications.
Experience of 4-5 years in sales and/or business management
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment
Experience in working with and influencing other people
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision
