∙ Refresher training with efficacy mapping 

∙ Track and improve post training effectiveness 

∙ Create and Record E-learning Video Content 

∙ Ability to drive training in both physically & digital mode 

∙ Maintain training data and marketing the training impact 

∙ Conducting TNI activities and maintain the training records and do the marketing the  impacts 

∙ Conduct the internal TTT for internal trainer
