Job Description

SUMMARY: –

Passion for channel business, relationships and qualitative value addition in business

IFA’s and their clients, competition, other stakeholders

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: –

 Empanelment of IFAs based on Eligibility criteria designed by the company.

 Supporting IFAs in terms of Joint calls/Training programs etc. for driving sales and meet the

revenue target from the mapped IFA’s

 Providing continuous support to the IFAs on day on day

 Drive IFA Engagement process

 Timely Resolution of IFA’s queries

 To conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops and other business

development activities.

 For evaluation of vendors, negotiation of rates with selected IFA &  

monitoring execution of the commissioned projects.

 Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue & meet or  

exceed corporate-set goals.

 Forecasting annual, quarterly & monthly goals.

 Reviewing regional expenses & recommending improvements.

 Collaborating with senior executives to establish & execute a goal for the  

region.

 Planning, evaluating & optimizing operations to be efficient & cost  

effective.

 Ensuring company standards & procedures are followed.

 Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports & legal actions.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Qualifications: –

An MBA/PGDM – (Finance/Marketing) Degree holder or focused education in Financial

planning/Wealth Management. Other qualifications like CFP will be an advantage.

Desired Skill Set:

 Ability to inspire trust and confidence in clients.

 Ability to engage clients in meaningful conversations about their finances and take

active interest in their financial wellbeing.

 A thorough understanding of financial markets, their behavior, movements and

expectations with respect to market.

 Ability to process several inputs provided by research team and other sources and apply

them to the specific context of several clients – thus generating insights for clients

 Good oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and

expression

 Good interpersonal skills

 Good Analytical Skills
