Inside Sales Executive:
 

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales professional to join the Sales team of an ambitious and rapidly expanding Hospitality  Company (Monami Hospitality Pvt Ltd) based in Bangalore with more than 10000+ blissful customers. One should be able to convince a client or prospect about our  services. Currently we have opening in our Bangalore and Chennai branches.

We are looking for Committed and self-driven, and go-getter. You should be comfortable with both field sales and inside sales, and have a good communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

At least 2 years of experience in Inside Sales handling inbound and outbound calls with targets

Excellent communication & reporting skills

Consistently deliver 90+ connected calls daily with a good call conversion rate

Very good at lead management and consistently overachieves conversion targets from all the lead sources

Prospecting by making outbound calls via various lead channels to nurture relationships and generate qualified sales leads

An achiever who hits the target weekly/monthly targets

Strong business acumen, customer focus, listening skills,negotiating influencing ability

New customer Acquisition

Must be proficient in English, Hindi or any other regional language

Drive references to increase the sales quota.

Consistently deliver 100+ connected calls and talk time daily

Knowledge of closing the sale over the call.

Preferred BBA freshers and experienced candidates
