Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships within the corporate sector. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between remote work and office-based activities.
Roles & Responsibilities :
● Identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
● Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets and
objectives.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
within corporate organisation.
● Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value proposition to corporate clients.
● Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and
customer service, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional service to corporate
clients.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify
opportunities for business growth and innovation.
● Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to
management on a regular basis.
● Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge to
maintain a competitive edge in the market.
● Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while representing
the company in a professional manner.
Qualifications: Who can apply
● Bachelor’s degree in any field.
● Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
rapport and trust with corporate clients.
● Excellent in time management abilities, with a focus on prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
● Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and
pursuing sales opportunities.
● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook).
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment,
balancing remote work and office-based activities effectively.
● Flexibility to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events as needed.
Payout/Compensation:
● Basic Salary : 2.4L to 3.0L per annum
● Reimbursement : Transportation cost when he/she went to a corporate meeting.
● Incentive :The candidate will be getting some percentage on their conversion per
client / corporate batch.

Nature of Work : Hybrid
The candidate has to come two days in a week except monday ,rest he/she can work on a hybrid basis.
