Job Title: Sales Associate – Student Enrollment & Fee Collection
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our school Operations team, focused on ensuring student enrollment and fee collection. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing daily operations, maintaining a smooth workflow, and upholding a high level of organization within our educational facilities. This role is instrumental in ensuring the effective delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Enrollment:
– We are in search of a passionate individual who thrives under pressure and has experience in Edtech and Inside Sales processes.
– Engage with parents through calls and convert prospects into customers.
2. Operational Efficiency:
– Conduct cold calling activities.
– Work towards target-oriented student enrollment goals.
– Handle fee collection to drive revenue generation.
– Utilize CRM and telephony tools to track key performance metrics.
Qualifications and Requirements:
– Proven experience in B2C Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Success.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Proficiency in multiple languages, including Kannada, Hindi, English, and Telugu.
– Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
– Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
– Capacity to perform under pressure and achieve sales targets
