Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Client Acquisition: Approach and engage potential clients, presenting our products/services, and converting leads into customers.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals and market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional training is a plus.
  • Experience: 6 months- 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
