Responsibilities
– Make Calls to connect with leads in real time
– Reply to Direct Chats to connect with them in real-time
– Maintaining and following Sales processes and SOPs
– Handling inquiries through Inbound Calls & Chat.
– Build High-quality relationships with Prospects, Customers, and teams.
– Maintain CRM database
– Gather leads and customer information and update in CRM
– Work with team to reach goals
– Should be able to work late or come early if the work assigned is not completed
– Provide correct recommendations, and information to the leads and customers
– Participation in Team building activities and HR events
– Lead Management
– Lead Mining
– Achieve Target
– Coordinate with teams and ensure that the customer experience is not hampered
Requirements
– Minimum High School completed
– Graduate preferred
– 1+ Sales & Customer Service Experience
– Good Communication skills written and verbal. Persuasive speaking skills
– Thorough understanding of prospecting and negotiation techniques
– Self-control and Self-motivated
– Empathy, Adaptability, Attentiveness, Patience & Ability to use Positive language
– Effective Listening & Time management skills
– Willingness to Improve & ability to admit when you don’t have an answer or when you are wrong, Ability to receive feedback
