About the position:

We are looking to hire a highly motivated, well-spoken Sales Specialist who can assist EasyEcom with customer acquisition. As a Sales Specialist, your daily job would involve identifying, nurturing, and turning leads into customers. An ideal candidate should be able to explain our product offering to the leads, and thereby close leads and increase revenue.

About EasyEcom:

EasyEcom is industry-leading omnichannel inventory management and reconciliation solution for eCommerce businesses and multichannel retailers like Epigamia, Mondelez International, My Glamm, Borosil, Prestige, etc. We are persistently growing, from a few hundred clients to over 2000+ global clients, a handful of dedicated team members to 80+ members strong team, and being VC funded, we are continuing to expand over and beyond!

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Obtain contact information of potential customers through cold calling, internet research (business directories, digital resources, etc), and email.
    Understand client needs and provide them with a solution.
    Qualify leads from the marketing campaigns and maintains a database (CRM) of the potential leads.
    Understand customer requirements, provide demos and help clients through the onboarding process. This involves explaining our product to the leads and answering their questions.
    Stay updated with the new product features and offerings and explain this to the existing and new customers.
    Manage client accounts.
    Should be able to meet the monthly sales target.
    Should conduct customer follow-ups and build long-term relationships with clients.
    Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with D2C/Enterprise SaaS products of Customer Delivery or Key Account management, or support within a software/SaaS environment.
    The candidate should have demonstrated the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the Key decision-maker levels.
    Have a firm grasp of technology and the ability to learn every detail of a product to help to troubleshoot and creatively solve problems. Be familiar with enterprise software and SAAS.
    Able to suggest a solution as per the requirement of the customer.
    Networking and experience in enterprise sales. Large account selling experience has demonstrated success in delivering on sales targets consistently.
    Excellent communications, confident and Fast learner, enjoys selling and winning.
    Excellent hunting, door opening, and Business Development skills
    Ability to enter established accounts and get large orders
    Excellent at relationship building, nurturing, and maintaining contacts.
