About the Position:
We are on the hunt for a talented and experienced director of Sales to lead the sales Teams. We need a self motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales. The duties include motivating the sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and assessing cost and competition.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Leading and motivating staff to improve customer service with clients
Designing and implementing strategic plans to increase sales targets
Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
Developing and promoting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives
Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports
Working with customers to better understand their business needs and goals
Assessing costs and competition
Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products
Establishing a sales training program to train new employees
Meeting with sales managers to assess company performance.
Assist in prospecting and generating a viable pipeline of opportunities through multiple channels, or channel sales.
Actively qualify and close opportunities by converting leads into deals.
Working with other internal teams to cultivate yourself as a thought leader in this domain.
Requirements:
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales in a fast-paced start-up environment
In-Depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
Open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
