Job Description

HR-Executive JD



  • Responsible for managing the entire Employee Life Cycle from joining till exit and ensure a smooth transition of the employees during working with the company.
  • Managing employee record and data like Attendance and Leave, Exit, Performance Management, Exit Etc.
  • Adherence to end to end Onboarding of Team Members
  • Responsible for delivering high-quality employee experience, by new initiatives in employee engagement
  • Act as first point of contact for escalated concerns
  • Maintain, update and implement all HR Procedures and ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR deliverables
  • Ensure completion of Attendance Management, Exit formalities
  • Provide resolution for escalated issues and grievance
  • Use tools to create employee trackers and analysis on various HR metrics
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties


Talent Acquisition

  • Executing recruitment plans efficiently
  • Drafting and posting job descriptions.
  • Interviewing candidates and filling positions for requirements
  • Developing your own network of suitable candidates.
  • Coordinating with Hiring vendors
  • Preparing of HR Letters



  • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in HR Operations/ HR Generalist
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related discipline. Preference will be given for those with HR Specialization
  • Strong Analytical Skills & Business Acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong track record of execution
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office and Google tools like – Microsoft Office 365 suite –, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, G-Sheets, G-Form, G-Slides. Etc.
