Job Description
E-diner is a food startup which provides Indian regional food subscription,it’s a B2B model
currently active in Delhi Ncr.
Role And Responsibilities:-
● Success and failure of an organization is a key role .
● Priorities – Help the sales team determine which opportunity to pursue and how much
effort and time to spend on various clients or leads .
● Defining sales targets – Forecasting and predicting sales and sales goals for the
organization and sales team is one of the main roles of a sales manager.Your ability to
accurately forecast sales and set targets is the key to meeting targets and keeping sales
officers motivated.
● Sales strategy ( sales plan) – sales strategies vary based on what you are selling and to
whom you are selling. Creating, monitoring and adjusting sales strategies is a key part of
a sales manager role.They need to have the ability to see when things are not working
and make adjustments to improve efficiency.
● Coaching and training – The ability to take responsibility for people around you is a highly
desirable skill that companies want in their ASM. Proper training and help to your team
and keep them motivated is your key part in your training sessions.
● Lead generation – Finding leads or clients is a vital part of ASM. Effective ASM are
always looking for new leads and new ideas to re-engage current prospects and have
them through the sales funnel.

Working hours and benefits
● 9 hours 30 mins of productive working per day is needed to complete daily tasks.
● 28 days working in a probation period in a month.
● 6 month probation period .

Education required
● Bachelor degree in marketing or business administration.
● MBA preferred
● 2 to 3 yrs experience as a ASM
● 3 to 5 yrs experience of sales
● Proven track record of positive sales performance.
