As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will drive Deskera’s future growth by building relationships with prospects, winning new customers, and delighting our current clients. We are looking for a sales professional who can engage in consultative business and technical conversations with all levels of an organization and has experience working with startups/SMBs. 


Job Responsibilities of Inside Sales Executive at Deskera

  • Successfully negotiate and sell Deskera products to customers
  • Individually contribute to end-to-end sales closing role
  • Cultivate, build, and maintain strong client relationships
  • Demonstrate features of Deskera products to potential customers
  • Create and prepare performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends through the CRM system
  • Monitor and execute against the sales pipeline
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products
  • Understand the Deskera suite of products and build relationships with technical and non-technical decision-makers


Desired Skills for Inside Sales Executive at Deskera

  • 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology company
  • Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency
  • Track record of consistent achievement of sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to prospect and generate new leads via multiple channels
