What you will be doing .
1) Test various vendor solutions
2) Develop required competencies & certifications
3) Explain the technical differentiation of all solutions
4) Understand and present the solution according to customer use-case scenarios
5) Convince customers about technical aspects of the solution
6) Size and architect solutions as per customer needs
7) Do technical demos of products
8) Help customers in setting up and completing POC/trials successfully
9) Implement solutions post-sale of the product
10) Resolve any technical issues working in tandem with respective vendors. Liaise with Ease: Participate in cross-functional teams, acting as an advocate for the client, to ensure customer needs are met through a more powerful Cirro product. Interact with sales, engineering, and product development, as well as other members of Technical Support, to ensure continuity between the departments.
