Required Candidate profile
Roles and Responsibilities
Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers Introducing the organization’s products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process Initiating repeated orders by follow up phone calls after the customers’ purchases Carrying out market research on how to address customers Preparation of sales reports and caparisons of competitors’ offer conditions.
At least 1 year experience in tele sales
Should have basic understanding of Accounting and Audit terms
Should be comfortable working on 100 to 150 calls in a day
Candidate should have past record of more than 10% on warm leads
