Job Title: Operations Executive (FMCG B2B)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Executive to join our FMCG B2B team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the operational aspects of our business-to-business sales, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. The Operations Executive will work closely with the sales team, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Management:
– Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
– Coordinate with sales teams to clarify order details and resolve issues.
– Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and contracts.
2. Logistics and Supply Chain:
– Collaborate with logistics partners to arrange transportation, manage inventory, and track shipments.
– Monitor and report on delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement.
– Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
3. Inventory Management:
– Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock to meet customer demand.
– Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation.
– Implement inventory management best practices to minimize waste and obsolescence.
4. Customer Service:
– Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
– Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Process Improvement:
– Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
– Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Reporting and Analytics:
– Prepare and analyze reports on operational performance, customer satisfaction, and sales trends.
– Provide insights and recommendations to support business growth and improvement.
7. Collaboration and Communication:
– Work closely with sales teams, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
– Communicate operational updates, changes, and improvements to relevant parties.
Requirements:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
– Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in FMCG B2B.
– Skills:
– Strong knowledge of operational processes, logistics, and supply chain management.
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
– Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize deadlines.
– Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and logistics software.
– Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
