Job Role of Franchises Sales Executive at Apna Mart: 

 

We are looking for a proven sales professional to help and assist our on-ground team in the states of Chhattisgarh & Jharkhand via Call, Email & Chat. The Sales Representative will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through the agreement signing state between the two parties.   Job Responsibilities: Daily prospecting: phone, email, and social media outreach to cold and warm leads to book a Face to Face meeting with the City heads. Selling: Assisting and leading the call with the on-ground team, compiling the proposal, and coordinating follow-up calls and negotiations if needed. CRM Documentation: documenting phone calls and emails for all prospecting, demo, and selling activities. Maintaining updated pipeline information in Fresh sales CRM. Pipeline reporting: periodically report on progress and perform sales-related analytics. Domain knowledge: maintain a basic knowledge of our Marketing & Advertising in general, specifically B2B Product Marketing. 

 

Mandatory Skills for Sales Executive at Apna Mart

 

  •  Minimum 2 years experience in inside sales roles in any business with a higher ticket size and preferably in franchisee sales 
  • Advanced English Level with strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Extreme organization skills 
  • The ability to take detailed notes during calls and update the documentation in Fresh sales CRM 
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other online presentation/meeting tools 
  • Must have significant success in Inside sales, with a specific focus on franchisee sales Must have a demonstrable track record of commercial success and revenue growth Must have extensive experience of (and be passionate about) building and growing successful relationships with on-ground team 
  • Strong consultative sales skills, relationship building, external and internal customer satisfaction management 
  • Strong understanding of Internet advertising & marketing technologies 
  • Ability to partner with internal stakeholders, including operations, Support & Franchisee partners to provide the best possible experience for our new clients onboarded 
  • Self-starter capable of thriving in a growth stage company environment 
  • Track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and closing new business 
  • Positive ‘No Quit’ attitude Fearless on the phone, persistent, and good work ethic   
  • A focused individual who knows who’s not afraid to spark a conversation = opening doors Basic working knowledge of Digital Marketing
