Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate sales leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
  • Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to assess their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective clients to understand their pain points, offer tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of Paymonk’s products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with prospects to cultivate long-term partnerships and drive repeat business.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Paymonk’s offerings.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately track progress, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients, and close sales deals in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive cohesive sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and refine sales tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably in the fintech or technology industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
