Job Description

Key Responsibilities of an Associate  at Founder’s Office, Unacdemy

 

1. Manage onboarding of Educators for the Educator Internship Program – from training, KYC completion to go-live

2. Coordinate with various internal stakeholders / Teams (Product Ops, Legal, HR Ops, etc) to ensure Educators go-live on the platform

3. Creation of weekly reports such as YouTube Leaderboards

4. The role will require good communication skills, analytical skills, and Educator Ops Management and Youtube Ops

5. Prior know how of YouTube Ops would be a plus – i.e. scheduling of classes, adding keywords to videos, creating channels, etc.

6. Organize multiple educational contents into comprehensible scripts.

7. Use new-age tools such as Chat GPT / Midjourney to help optimize the process.

8.  Collaborate with other teams for input and incorporate feedback accordingly.
